Training Courses 2008
Meteorology 4-week Meteorological Observer’s course The course offers an introduction to Meteorology and a few of the aspects of meteorology. The course includes: This summer course targets students at the 5th form level and above. Secondary school students, who will be entering 5th form in September, 2008 will be accepted. The course is also open to teachers/trainers at secondary and tertiary level institutions. Dates: July 07, 2008 – July 31, 2008 Price: $200 (for students) and $350 (for teachers/trainers) Deadline for expressing interest: June 27, 2008. All fees payable by July 04, 2008. Hydrology 4-week Hydrological Observer’s course The course is very practical and focuses on field hydrology. The course covers: This summer course targets students at the 5th form level and above. Secondary school students, who will be entering 5th form in September, 2008 will be accepted. The course is also open to teachers/trainers at secondary and tertiary level institutions.
